RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS

We are confident and ensure the quality of all our products! Our online hair store aims for customer satisfaction with our ordering process down to receiving our items, so we make sure to thoroughly check each order before we ship it out. Unfortunately, there are rare instances where our products do not arrive as described. That is why we created the return and exchange policy for hair extensions to ensure that you take the appropriate steps to receive the right products you expected to get.

All our products come with our satisfactory guaranteed, as well as instructions to help you care for our products. But if you feel that you have received a defective or abnormal item and would like it exchanged, then we are happy to accommodate exchanges. For those who have received any faulty products, contact us immediately once you have received the package. The exchange process must be initiated within five (5) business days upon receiving the product.

We do not offer a refund. You will be receiving store credit. We recommend you to review the product you would like to purchase thoroughly. Ask us questions before investing in our hair if you are still unfamiliar with it. Take note that returns because of a slight color or texture variation with our hair will not be authorized. We have a Color and Texture Chart that can be used as a guide. The color and texture view can vary, depending on the resolution of your monitor when shopping in our online hair store.

Take Note:

1. Return all exchanges with an RMA number. We won’t accept any unauthorized or ineligible exchanges. It will ensure a 50% unauthorized product return fee if done so.

2. Initiate all exchanges within five days of receiving the product.

3. You are responsible for paying all costs associated with returning Euro Collection Hair products if you have received the correct item.

4. 15% Merchandise Restocking Fee will apply if you receive the right item. The fee is waived if the incorrect item was received.

5. The shipping and insurance fee will not be applied for store credit.

6. All sales are final on both clearance and custom order items unless you have received an incorrect item.

Eligible Products For Exchange

You need to exchange the item for a similar style or product. We will only warrant one exchange for every order.

Eligible products should be in original and perfect factory condition. It must be unaltered, unworn, without damage, and with all tags attached) and in its original package.

Ineligible Products

Items that are not eligible for exchange are products received for over five days of initial contact, custom orders, clearance items, color rings, and hair samples.

Products that have already been worn, altered, damaged, or with its tags and packaging tampered with is now ineligible and deemed authorization.

Shipping Cost for Exchanges

Shipping charges will apply. Shipments will be made via the chosen method on the original order unless there are special instructions in the exchange package which specify otherwise.

Exchange Request (RMA)

Requests for exchanges should be made within five days of receiving the product/s. Once you have read up on the return and exchange policy for Euro Collection’s hair extensions and see that you are eligible for an exchange, then we will issue an RMA number.

All exchanges have to be pre-authorized by Euro Collection Hair with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without the RMA, the item is void for return.

We will issue an RMA after pre-authorization. Once you have received the RMA with its instructions on sending it back, you may now ship the item back to us. The refund issues will be for store credit only. It is valid for purchasing any item on www.EuroCollectionHair.com and will be valid for six months since the initial order.

Take note that the store credit is issued as a coupon code, so it cannot be combined with other discount codes or gift card purchases. Once you have completed the return or exchange, follow these steps:

1. Proceed with the request of an RMA number by sending us an email to info@EuroCollectionHair.com

2. For those making an exchange and the total cost of the exchange is priced over the amount of your return, then you must pay the difference.

3. Follow all the instructions given to you with the RMA Number to avoid any hassle.

4. Note that only products purchased from Euro Collection Hair may be returned in exchange for products only from Euro Collection Hair.

Exchange Duration

Returns usually take five to seven business days for a complete exchange. It’s highly recommended to plan and read this return and exchange policy for hair extensions thoroughly if you plan on getting an exchange.

Exchange Package Preparation

You need to mark the RMA number outside the shipping box. Those without a visible RMA will be refused.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When the order arrives, inspect the package or box for any damage that may have occurred during the shipment period. It’s normal for the package to show a bit of wear. But if the damage happened to items in the box, please contact us immediately!

For a quick resolution, retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged products for the carriers to inspect.
