Hair Stylist Program. We will first cover the definition and basics of Stylist marketing and then go over key terminology.

Hair is one of the fastest-growing and top-rated companies in the hair extensions industry as a result of its high-quality products, all of which are tested for longevity, and durability to fit the specific needs and wants of every consumer.
What is Stylist Marketing?
Stylist marketing is a performance-based marketing strategy where Stylists promote their merchant’s products through their own devices and receive compensation from every sale made. This marketing strategy is a multibillion-dollar worldwide industry that has experienced extensive growth since its inception in the early 1990s. The three most common payment arrangements are pay-per-sale, pay-per-lead, and pay-per-click. EURO COLLECTION
Hair utilizes the pay-per-sale method, where the Stylist receives a 5% commission for the first sale generated by a new customer through their Stylist link or code.
Once you have been accepted into the Stylist program, you will receive a unique Stylist link that corresponds to the EURO COLLECTION
Hair website. This Stylist link is very important, as it is the only way to track a sale made through your efforts. When you post your link in a YouTube video, blog post, tweet, etc., anyone who clicks on it will be re-directed to the EURO COLLECTION
Hair website. From there, if the viewer decides to purchase a product, you will receive a 5% commission from the order they place. The amount of commission made solely depends on the Stylist and how they choose to promote EURO COLLECTION
Hair and its products. Whether it is through a banner advertisement, product review, or giveaway, it is up to the Stylist to decide which marketing strategy works best for his/her clients.
Stylist marketing is a great revenue generator for a stylist that offers or is about to offer hair extension services. There are no requirements or restrictions about how often or how much you talk about EURO COLLECTION
Hair, but generally, you will earn more income from the program the more you promote it. As a Stylist Partner, you are EURO COLLECTION
Hair’s sales force, and we depend on you to get the word out about our products in a professional manner! In return, we are more than happy to compensate you through monthly commissions.

Key Terminology
We now want to familiarize you with some basic Stylist Partner terminology that you will read in this handbook. It’s important for you to understand these terms, as they will also be important for you to know in the future.
Stylist Partner Level 1: Level 1 is our entry-level for all stylists welcomed into the partnership with EURO COLLECTION Hair. As a Level 1 Stylist, you will receive a 5% to 15% commission for every sale generated by a new customer, the ability to track your earnings online through a personal portal, and most importantly become a part of our team! After generating up to $4,000 in sales for (2) two consecutive quarters (every 3 months) you will be considered for promotion to Stylist Partnership Level 2 if you wish.
Exclusive Stylist Partner 2: In addition to Level 1, as a Level 2 Stylist, you will be provided up to (4) four discount codes annually to share with friends, family, subscribers, and followers. Plus, stylists have access to free personalized business card design as well as other free promotional materials like banners and brochures. From the discount codes you run, you have an opportunity to earn anywhere from 6% to 16% in commission monthly.
Under this level, you must uphold a quota of $4,000 in sales every quarter to receive your discount. This is a great tool for use in your social media and salon or business websites. By this time, stylists are skilled with EURO COLLECTION Hair products. This level is great for those who want to use codes to promote the EURO COLLECTION Stylist program to earn more, attend EURO COLLECTION training, and more perks.
Level 2 Stylists are granted an opportunity to earn a sponsored EURO COLLECTION Hair event at their location and exclusive training. With higher earnings come more opportunities with EURO COLLECTION and the sky is the limit!
Stylist Link: A text link embedded with a Stylist’s unique tracking code “Stylist Identifier”. EURO COLLECTION Hair’s Stylist links are in the form of https://www.eurocollectionhair.com/team/XXX/ where XXX denotes the Stylist’s unique ID “Stylist Identifier”.
Stylist Identifier: The last part of your Stylist link is in the form of XXXX above.
Statistics: A chart used to display a Stylist’s number of monthly clicks, sales, and commissions.
Affiliate URLs: Where to generate your personalized URL.
Affiliate Code: A unique code attached to a stylist whereby if a referral uses this code on checkout, the stylist will receive a commission on the referral’s order. The affiliate code is the letter PS plus your affiliate ID. For example, if your Affiliate ID is “102” your Affiliate code is PS102. You can know your Affiliate ID by visiting your Partner Dashboard.
Deep-link: A hyperlink that leads to a specific product page instead of the homepage.
Pay-per-sale: The Stylist marketing method utilized by EURO COLLECTION Hair. Stylists receive a 6% – 16% commission on every completed sale generated by a new customer. Commissions are deducted if the order is canceled/ returned.
Terms and Conditions: The rules and regulations that a Stylist must agree to and follow in order to join and remain a member of a Stylist program.

Stylist Levels
Stylist Level 1
Level 1 is our introductory level to the stylist’s partnership with EURO COLLECTION Hair. On this Level, the Stylist will get:
• Personalized links and code. Stylists have access to personalized business cards with your code and affiliate’s link. The business card is a great tool to use in your social media and salon or business websites. The code is a great tool to promote the EURO COLLECTION Stylist program and earn more commissions.
• 5% to 15% Commission: You have an opportunity to earn anywhere from 5% to 15% in commission monthly, the ability to track your earnings online through a personal portal, and most importantly become a part of our team!
•After generating up to $4,000 in sales for (2) two consecutive quarters (every 3 months) you will be eligible for a Level 2 Stylist Partnership.
• Partnered events are not applicable. However, you are welcome to our meet & greet events!
Stylist Level 2
This is EURO COLLECTION exclusive stylist partnership which means stylists cannot promote a competitor’s hair extension product during this partnership. On this Level the Stylist will get the:
• Personalized links and code.
• 6% to 16%: Stylists will obtain a personalized EURO COLLECTION link and code for seamless commission earnings at a higher rate of 6% to 16%.
• The opportunity to earn Exclusive training and sponsored EURO COLLECTION Hair event at your location.
• Up to (4) four annual discount codes to share with friends, family, subscribers, and followers. You will also receive free promotional materials.
Under this level, you must uphold a quota of $4,000 in sales every quarter to receive your discount.

Getting Started
Now that you have a better understanding of Stylist marketing, we’re going to lead you through the steps to get started as a EURO COLLECTION Hair Stylist This section should be used as a guide to making sure you have covered the basics. Let’s get started!
Your Stylist Account
Once you have been accepted into the EURO COLLECTION Hair Stylist Program, the first thing you should do is log into your Stylist account. In your account, you will find important information such as your Stylist link, Stylist ID, banners, and commission table.
To access your account, log in using your username and password. Click the ‘DASHBOARD’ link and then click on “Partner Dashboard” on the left (green circle below). Please Note: The guide is based on a desktop view.
On your main Stylist Page, you will find these important categories: “Affiliate URLs, Statistics, Graphs, Referrals, Payouts, Visits, and Creatives”

Affiliate Code
Once your account is activated, your affiliate code will be active! Unlike the Affiliate URL, the Affiliate code does not expire! The code is a great tool to promote the EURO COLLECTION Stylist program and earn more commissions.
The Affiliate code has no discount attached to it hence customers can use it with any additional discount or sales. However, EURO COLLECTION runs quarterly giveaways and your customers will be automatically enrolled in these giveaways once they use your code.
Generating your Affiliate/ Stylist Code: The letter PS plus your affiliate ID is your Affiliate code. For example, if your Affiliate ID is “102” your Affiliate code is PS102. You can know your Affiliate ID by visiting your Partner Dashboard.
We will encourage you to promote your code, the best way to promote your code offline is to use the business card.

Lifetime Commission Terms
Lifetime Commission is a great incentive for us to further reward our Loyal Partners! With this, your referred customers will use your affiliate code ONLY ONCE, and they will be permanently attached to you. No need for customers to use the code again. You will automatically earn commission on ALL their subsequent orders.
Maintaining Lifetime Commission:
- Level 1 Stylist must have at least 2 new referrals every quarter for Lifetime Commission to be active.
- Level 2 Stylists must have at least 4 new referrals every quarter for Lifetime Commission to be active.
- Lifetime Commission is annulled once your account is inactivated or canceled.

This is where to generate your personalized URL “Referral URL”. You will need to share your entire “Referral URL” on your social media and sites in order to earn a commission. You can easily generate your “Referral URL” by following the below guidelines.
How to Generate the “Referral URL”
- Enter the EURO COLLECTION URL you wish to promote in the “Page URL” field above.
- Click “Generate URL” Your affiliate ID is automatically appended generating the “Referral URL”
- Copy and share the entire “Referral URL”
- Tip: Use an excel sheet or word document to save your generated URLs. This way you do not have to redo it!

Now that you know how to generate your Stylist link, the next step is to add a Stylist banner or graphics to your website or profile. We provide different types of Stylist banners for popular products. The banners in your Stylist account are in the form of HTML coding which already contains your Stylist link or direct links without the banner.
Select the banner you would like to use, and copy and paste the HTML code into your webpage.
BRAND ASSETS
From the creative tab, you can link to the BRAND ASSETS with EURO COLLECTION’s Brand Resources. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them.
We offer a variety of banners and graphics, we also update them every time there is a new product release or promotion. You can find details of all the Brand Assets here. You will find a link to download individual assets in each section.
To use these graphics or a different banner, upload the image as a picture and insert your generated “Referral URL” as a hyperlink.

Payment Information
• EURO COLLECTION Hair Level 1 Stylist receives a 5% -15% commission for every sale generated by a new customer through their Stylist link or code. Level 2 Stylist commission is 6%-16% based on the “STYLIST COMPENSATION PLAN”
• Payments are made on the first Monday of every month so if you join the program in the middle of the month your commission will roll over to the next month.
• Payments have a month delay, sales made during one month will be paid on the first Monday of the following month. For example, sales made in January will be paid on the first Monday in March.
• We require a minimum of $50 commission for payouts, this means your earned unpaid commissions must not be less than $50. You can easily track your ommissions via the Referrals and Payouts tab on your partnership dashboard.
• We require the submission of a 10.99 form for payments up to $600 calendar year for US citizens and residents.
• We require the submission of W-8BEN for International Stylists outside of the USA.
•The preferred method of payment is through a Verified PayPal Account. Bank transfer is also accepted.
• Payments will be made in the form of USD ONLY through a Verified PayPal Account or Bank Account.
• Bank account and/ or PayPal account must match Stylist’s information.
• There is a $50 bank wire fee for International Partners that wish to be paid via bank wire transfer.

Creating Affiliate Link Disclosure
In December 2009, the Federal Trade Commission released the “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.” As online social media continued to expand, the FTC wanted to address the concern that people may exaggerate the benefit of a free product or fail to let their followers know the relationship between them as an affiliate and the endorser. To comply with the FTC, you must let your followers know when you are using an affiliate link or if you are reviewing a complimentary product.
We recommend reading the full FTC Endorsement Guides. The central point we want to highlight is:
“When there exists a connection between the endorser and the seller of the advertised product that might materially affect the weight or credibility of the endorsement… such connection must be fully disclosed.”
After reading the FTC Endorsement Guides, you should create an Affiliate disclosure for any website where you use Affiliate links. A useful website is DisclosurePolicy.org, which helps you create a disclosure policy personalized for your site. You do not need to list your Affiliate disclosure on every single page of your website, however, we recommend creating a disclosure page that can be viewed from every page on your website (placing it on the header or footer menu bar is a good location).
Being honest, truthful, and fully transparent helps create a long-lasting relationship with your followers. Being a EURO COLLECTION Hair Stylist is all about sharing your honest and genuine opinions.

Now that you have covered the basics, we’re going to introduce you to various Stylist strategies and techniques that can be used to improve your sales.
Deep-Linking
One of the most effective Affiliate strategies is to utilize deep links. A deep link is a hyperlink that leads to a specific page on a website other than the home page. Deep-links convert up to two times better than generic links. That means you can double your chance of securing a sale by simply using a deep-link instead of a generic link. Studies show that problems associated with navigating a website can account for up to 25% of failed product purchases. It is very easy to create a deep-link leading to a specific product page using your Stylist link. As mentioned in the “Affiliate URLs” section by generating a “Referral URL” To create a deep-link, just paste the actual URL to create a deep linked “Referral URL”
You can easily create a “Referral URL” for any EURO COLLECTION Hair product URL, category page, special deals page, etc. By leading your visitors directly to the information they are looking for, you are doubling your chance of securing a sale. Creating a deep-link is quick, easy, and extremely effective!
Affiliate Code/ Discount Codes
You are most likely to get sales from your clients than website visitors! Printing the business card with your Affiliate code will help quite a bit! You can hand it out to your clients will be helpful. You can also help them set up their account while they are there with you or even collect their information and register an account on their behalf (But do not be too pushy:) )
Affiliate codes can be used in conjunction with existing discounts or coupons!
We also offer quarterly discount codes to our Level 2 Stylist. Using these discount codes to your advantage is a great way to promote EURO COLLECTION Hair and double your commissions every quarter if you also have good online followers other than your clients!
According to a recent article, the following was shown:

Level 2 Stylists can request the weekly discount code every quarter by sending an email with the subject line (Quarterly Discount Code – User ID) to partnership@eurocollectionhair.com that states,
“I would like to request a discount code to use from (Start Date) through (End Date).”
Below are our tips for using the discount codes we provide:
• Update your social media site with the new code and banner.
• Encourage using the code to your viewers who are hesitant to purchase because of price.

• Use clear and concise language with the code details.
• Don’t advertise expired codes.

Product Launches
EURO COLLECTION Hair releases new and innovative products from time to time. A product launch is a perfect opportunity to use your Stylist link while sharing exciting information with your followers. Sales increase during the first week of a product launch, so it’s a great time to promote EURO COLLECTION Hair!
Follow the steps below to make sure you’re making the most out of product launches:
• Share any product previews/sneak peeks that are released through our newsletter.
• Providing your followers with this information is a great way to generate buzz about the upcoming product launch. We will provide you with a press release, banner, and details approximately two weeks prior to the product launch.
• On the day the product is launched, it’s important to release the product information to your clients and followers. You can use any images from the EURO COLLECTION Hair website and blog. Include the need-to-know information such as the product description, benefits, and price.
• Remind your clients/ followers about the new product throughout the first week of the launch.
By this time, there will be a buzz about the product in the beauty community and your followers are more likely to purchase this time.

Stylist Strategies for YouTube
YouTube is a great way and offers a variety of options for marketing EURO COLLECTION Hair and we are going to explain some different strategies you can utilize to increase Stylist sales and gain subscribers.
Channel Name:
If you do not already have a YouTube channel when creating one make sure your Channel Name is clear and includes keywords people may be searching for. For example, if you want to attract viewers looking for hair advice, try to include keywords such as hair, extensions, closures, beauty, wigs, etc. into your channel name and you will have a better chance of coming up in a YouTube search.
About Me Section :
Once your channel name and title are set up, make sure to add your Stylist link to your About Me section, along with any other social media channels you use. You can do this by clicking on the Edit tab in your About Me section.
Add a new link section. Make sure to include your entire Stylist link and code, as this is the ONLY way to earn commission through the Stylist program. You can title the link anything you would like (ex: EURO COLLECTION Hair, EURO COLLECTION Hair Textures, etc.). YouTube will automatically add the buttons corresponding with the links if they are available.
Video Descriptions:
After your channel is set up and you are ready to begin uploading videos, you will want to add your Stylist link, keywords, and tags in your video descriptions.
When using a EURO COLLECTION Hair product in a video, make sure to verbally mention the product name to your viewers and list it in the description box. Being very specific with your viewers can greatly increase your chance of a sale and will help clear up any questions they may have (don’t forget to deep-link)!

Don’t Spam:
Not only will it drive your potential customers away, but we will also cancel your Stylist account if we receive complaints from clients or google.
Don’t use the Trademarked Word “EURO COLLECTION”:
EURO COLLECTION
is a registered trademark, so Stylists are not allowed to use “EURO COLLECTION” as part of their domain name, blog, Facebook page, YouTube channel, Twitter username, or any URL associated with their Stylist account.
Don’t Jeopardize Your Integrity:
Being honest with your clients is extremely important in keeping your integrity intact. Don’t take advantage of your clients and offer dishonest advice just to make a sale. Do not increase the product price in the event you ordered on their behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I receive a discount since I am a Stylist?
If you are a Level 2 Stylist, you will receive a 4 order limit per year. 20% off per order, $1,000 maximum each. Please note this code will be attached to your Stylist account so there is no commission on this order.
2. Can I use my own link and /or code to purchase products for myself or others?
You can use your own link but orders with your account are not eligible for commissions. To make sure you get commissions in the event you want to order for your clients, ensure you register another account as a regular customer. Then use your Affiliate code on checkout to ensure your Stylist account receives the commission!
3. How can I increase sales?
There are numerous ways you can increase sales. Make sure your Stylist link is visible on your social media sites. Promote the EURO COLLECTION Sales but make sure you encourage your clients to enter the Giveaway using your code.
You can also take advantage of our pre-designed business card so you can pass it on to customers, friends, and family.
Your Stylist link or code is the only way you can earn a commission. Post only quality content. Preferably, your work.
4. If I am enrolled in your Stylist Partnership Program, can I be an Ambassador?
You cannot be a Stylist if you are enrolled in our Ambassador Partnership since they both use the same platform.
5. Can my customers use my Affiliate Code at the same time as your website sales?
Your clients can use your Affiliate Code in conjunction with store sales or any other coupon (Please note commission is only for hair extensions, there is no commission on Accessories or Services). With stylist affiliate code, once your clients use the one-time code, they are permanently attached to you. No need to use the code for future purchases.
Though the Affiliate code has no discount attached to it hence customers can use it with any additional discount or sales. EURO COLLECTION runs quarterly giveaways and your customers will be automatically enrolled in these giveaways once they use your code. This is a great incentive so for them to use it. You must encourage them to use the code the first time they order from us:)
6. Does my Affiliate Code expire?
Your Affiliate Code does not expire! They are always active as long as your account is active.
7. How do I generate my Affiliate Code?
